Is DaVinci actually worth it, or do people just like saying they don't pay Adobe?

Fusion, color, Fairlight, it's free, I get it. Every time I watch someone "switch to Resolve" they spend three months fighting the page system and then bounce back to Premiere the first time a client sends an XML.

If you're grading features or finishing, sure. For talking-head YouTube, it feels like buying a truck to commute.
