TERRIBLE performance after 2.4

The bug where specific servers run terrible is 10x worse, instead of getting constant 60fps on graphics 10, im now getting 20-30fps on graphics 10, but on graphics flipping 1! Its still 23-40 fps. But when I was in a different 2.4 server it was at 60fps. Previously, the bug would be 60fps with stutter every other second or louder fans than usual (while other servers were smooth constant and quiet fans), but this is just unplayable now, i have an RTX 3050, 8 core CPU and 16GB RAM.
