Low Speed EV Scooter Query

Hello

I am looking for low speed EV Scooters in Mumbai, which do not require registration and license to ride. One which has good warranty and servicing availability in case of any issues.

Looking for good range, ease of charging and good warranty.

Does any one know about any of the brands and models ?
