Is it possible to put permanent green hair dye over bleached hair?

I've been dying my hair with semi-permanent green for years, but unfortunately it fades ti blue after 2 washes and stays blue until next time I dye my hair. I hate the blue I've tried everything, mixing yellow, mixing orange, but nothing works.

Which got me into thinking about permanent hair dye. I found a reddit post of a person who recommended mixing yellow and blue from a certain brand (can't remember the name but it's available in my country which is great). Their results looked amazing so I got really excited.

The only question is can I actually do it to my hair? My hair is bleached to a level 9. This is something I've hated for years as most of my problems could've been avoided if I had bleached it to maybe a 7. (Also demi-permanent dye is not an option in my country, so please don't suggest it)

Should I risk it with permanent hair dye? Will it even look green if my hair is bleached? Also my base is actually blue not blonde does that affect anything? Will I go bald??? Will it work????
