Just got 'seperated?

I was still in training!

It was for a fancy town gym/community center.

There were mostly a white/south asian/rich membership.

The other person training w me was my same skin tone.

I knew i was going to fired or have tp quit at the welcome meeting.

Everuone was just younger and rich amd white. My co worker was asian but half asian..everyone just grew up there and got jobs or had similar bg...

I did ask a lot of behind the scenes questions.

I submitted a lot of changed schedules...but only bc the other managers kept saying to change my schedule or find a sec job.

I had a meeting where i told my boss this. She wouldnt give me a straight answer if this was true.

Then i had to pry it out..and she said you have to have weekends open and i had to ask what that meant. .

Some old guy gave me the flu and she seperated me bc i couldnt make it to emergency training..saying that and i couldnt finish my training and i told the other manager who repetedly bulling me trying to get a time to finish my training that the main manager said wait for her response..she told me thats not the way it works desp she telling me herself thats yhe way it works

Oof...at least i didnt get fired
