How to do accounts as someone who does not even know the A of accounts (11th)

I joined classes 3-4 months late and I don't understand a single thing in accounts (due to a family death) and my teacher has already completed her course till rectification of errors (15 chapters done according to d.k goel ) . Please tell me how to understand whatever this is as my midterms are going to start from mid September 😕.
