My set of traffic rules that should every modern country have

Speed limits should be 30 km/h in city, 60 on rulal roads and 90 on 4 lane highway

killing or injure wild or house animal should be same like human

Personal car should have only 2 lane in city and maximum 4 lanes outside city. other should have buses, ambulance or firefighter

There should be heavy environmental tax for using car instead of public transport per km/mile if on that route operate any public transport

People should only use car sharring

There should be size limit for car size

cyklists should not have traffic rules and hitting one with a car should automatically mean that car driver is liable
