Garage door spring broke - recommendations?

I'd kinda like to keep the door if possible but one of the springs snapped. I had to get my neighbor to help lift the door so we can pull cars out.

Any recommendations on a garage door repair/replace? The motor works but honestly an upgrade probably wouldn't be a bad idea with how old this setup is.
