275/40/R22 tire recommendations for my SUV

I recently became aware of the stock OEM tires Pirelli's Verdes with PNCS, which is some form of foam insulation which tends to get loose and cause unwanted vehicle vibrations.

This is my second set of Pirelli's and honestly speaking they suck! Thread wear doesn't last, and the tires don't last you 2 years and at almost $500 a piece they're not cheap.

Looking for an alternative tire solution that doesn't break the bank, I heard the Lexani LX Twenty's could be an alternative but they have some mixed reviews. Would love to stay below the 1k mark installed of course. I've already spent over 4k in tires within two years, thinking that OEM tires were the best options since they came with the vehicle only to realize the tires are mediocre at best. Sure the car drives excellent when was purchased from the dealer and it was new but after a few years of ownership I should've done my homework.

Don't ever purchase tires with PNCS! So, are they're any good quality brand tires that will suit my needs of ride quality, low road noise and all season? I live in Florida but I'm originally from Chicago and tend to travel to my city often.

Thanks in advance!
