Kinda wrecked, finished TtH this morning and got this off of my chest in the late morning.

Besides the video, I have some questions mixed with very random thoughts:

\-What was the throne Kallor was going for, was it one in Darujhistan or just a chance to participate in a convergence and get Dragnipur or get more powerful somehow?

\-Are the two people in the prologue scene significant or just witnesses (?) I assume it's Edgewalker, Hood, ST (and Rake on his way) and that they were planning the whole thing that happened in the end

\-Will I get more explanations for how the Hounds work? Deragoth/HoShadow/HoLight, or is this all I'll get from the series?

\-Reminder: Cartographer, the Ox and the Soldier with heart issues, are MVP's

\-What's up with the pickled Seguleh at Krul's? Will it be answered?
\-What's up with the Seguleh statues at Lady Envy's. Wtf?

\-Reach of Woe felt like a frickin Witcher story, loved it

\-I was pretty sure Lady Varada was Spite, cool reveal! I was very sure it was Spite since when Torvald infiltrated her room, she had one hand gloved and I remember Spite having one red dragon hand so I was like "AHA! I GOT YOU NOW!!!" Well played, Erikson

\-The convergence was incredible, what the hell. How many times did it make me cry? As many as pastries eaten by Kruppe that day

\-Didn't the Bridgeburners ascend (???) so how do they end up with Hood... did I miss something that happened in tBH here (?) a bit confused though I loved it, the Iskar Jarak reveal was great, I got that one right beforehand

\-Trygalle Trade Guild landing in Dragnipur was fkn epic, I was down for some Gruntle Meow Meow, but no, Erikson has to be a bummer huh.... RAWWRRR!!

\-The convergence scene around Dragnipur after Rake's sacrifice was incredibly written. Perfect, magnificent. The pacing, the scenes, I still haven't left that scenery in my mind. Fkn Spear summoning of the Second Seguleh was epicmaXXing

\-Dassem vs Rake reminded me of Musashi vs Kojiro when it was mentioned / compared to "Rock vs. Water". Am i the only one here?

\-Caladan Brood arriving and handling the funeral/burial, man, fkn tearjerker

\-Alot of people say this book is about grief, and yes, it's one of the big themes here, but also light, love and hope that balances things out. The light in the darkness, is a good summary of it (even if light and darkness are not good words to use in a Malazan context, if you get me)

\-I LOVE how this book has echoes from GotM and MoI, like a "moon" hovering above, a fight with Rake, a huge burial after a monumental sacrifice, Cutter/Challice story continues and is no longer as innocent, assassin stuff, noblefolks drama, oh I can make a long list

\-Lol at the T'lan Imass who got the Emlava bones and got all riled up to fuck shit up, I though he was gonna be the Tyrant (?) but no he just utterly fails and gets dumped outside of the Azath. So fkn funny

\-I have so many questions, but at this stage, 2 years into reading Malazan, I think we all do

Well well, now I need to recover methinks.
