Socon Academy

I came across this post and felt I should share my own experience because my experience with SoCon Academy was quite different.

I initially joined their workshop for ₹9, and after that I enrolled in their Master Class for ₹62,892. To be honest, in the beginning I wasn't really satisfied with the classes and felt that the training wasn't the right fit for me. So I contacted their support team and discussed my concerns with them. They were helpful and worked with me to sort out the issue regarding the trainer.

I also asked for a refund at that point. However, they explained their refund policy to me clearly. The refund wasn't an immediate cancellation/refund; there was an eligibility process after 4 months. As per the policy explained to me, I had to attend the live sessions, participate in all the mock interviews, and complete the required assignments.

Initially, I was disappointed because I expected a refund immediately. But instead of simply dismissing my concern, their team asked me to continue attending the classes for the required period.

I attended the classes for 4 months, and one thing I appreciated was that the sessions were live, so I could actually interact with the mentors and ask questions directly. Their placement team also lined up interviews for me. Although I did not get placed during that period, I still completed the requirements.

After completing the required period, I contacted them again in the 5th month and requested the refund. To my surprise, I received the refund within 7 days.

So, based on my personal experience, I don't think it's fair to say that they simply take the money and disappear or refuse every refund request. My experience was that there was a specific refund eligibility policy, and once I fulfilled those conditions, my refund was processed.

I'm sharing this because people should definitely do their own research before spending a significant amount of money on any course, but they should also understand the complete refund policy and eligibility conditions before enrolling.
