Affordable watches in Funchal Portugal?

In Funchal for 2 days... anyone with recommendations for affordable watches?

Alot of luxury boutiques, but not seeming to find the everyday kinda guy watches... i.e. Seiko, Citizen, casio, etc.....

Was hoping for a Portugal branded watch, but they don't have a retail location...

Any help?????
