Feel awful for eating fast food

I feel >!digusting!< for eating a double whopper and 1½ large fries 😭😭😭😭 I feel like I don't >!deserve!< to >!eat!< especially because I ate a pastry this morning 😭😭😭 I feel like I should have got chicken nuggets not fries 😭😭😭
