Is there a site or tool you can use to test your hook before posting?

It’s seems like the hook is very important on ig. As a creator, it can be hard to determine what a good hook is. The main method I have seen people recommend is putting content out, trying different things and then adjusting where necessary, but I wonder if there is a tool that can test that out before you post. I feel like it’s more strategic and targeted and would lead to faster results and less burn out.
