I’m not sure what to get…
Hey everyone! I’m going to try to keep this short, but I want to provide some detail as well so you all can somewhat understand my pov.
So, I’ve recently inherited some $ and I plan to buy a vehicle with it.
Im 30 yo, I have no gf, no friends, limited family, and no plans to ever own land or a house or start a family of my own.
I live in a college town and I have a dog.
Where I live there are small roads and lots of pot holes, and pretty heavy traffic at times.
I’ve had 5 vehicles already in the past 16 years.
A honda civic, a hyundai Santa fe, a dodge charger, a hyundai sonata, and a hyundai accent, and to keep it short, I am done using vehicles as some kind of life lesson. I just want to buy what I like and what I want. No more “training wheel” cars. I get it, no matter what car you buy, maintenance is expensive , so save. Okay lesson learned awesome.
With that being said, I’ve been rly liking the look of the ford mustangs. Particularly starting at year 24.
I am thinking about getting an EcoBoost. I am not a fast driver, so I do not care about engine size or 0-60 or none of that. I am a hermit. I do not do much. I just like the look of the car. I also have been looking at Honda civic sport, just to be more realistic.
But like I said, I’m tired of life lessons, and just want to do something I want for once.
Especially after the past 3 years I’ve had, I just want to enjoy something. I’ve lost so many family members and I myself was homeless was 2 years. I’m tired of seeing so many others enjoying things while I have to “play it safe” and think efficiently.
I Want To Have Fun Too!
So basically I am asking you guys, what kind of car should I get? I do not know many vehicle models, but I am picky, and have a style I like. I do want to be realistic, but I want to enjoy my car too.
Do you guys have any suggestions on vehicles that kind of lie in between a Honda civic sport, and a ford mustangs eco?
Hopefully I didn’t ramble too much, thanks to all who help 🤙🏾
