Grief while pregnant

Hormones are all over the place as is but my FIL passed last Monday. And while it wasn’t totally unexpected we’d expected him to be around for the birth of baby later this year & my partners 30th.

I’m trying to force myself to be the strong one but I’m really struggling not to tear up and cry at everything as well. We didn’t always have the greatest relationship with him but he was still my childrens grandad & loved them dearly! How do you even navigate this?! While being so incredibly hormonal !
