Scrooge Mcduck's grand re-opening

I can not seem to get the quest from the title right. I have restarted entirely, but I saw on a Reddit page from 4 years ago that that's not a solution anyway. I made the 2 flowerpots and placed them outfront, but it still says I need to make 2 flowerpots. I don't know how to fix it?? Luckily I did see the tip where someone said you can remove the flowerpots outside next to the door so you atleast have 2 more flowerpots to try again.. but what exactly do I have to try again if I don't know what I did wrong in the first place :( Like I said I saw the post from 4 years ago about the same issue, but it's not working..
