26m 25m Long distance, he doesn't even check in when he's with friends, am I crazy?

**TL;DR;** : i live in South Korea and I had to move today, l've been running around the last 3 days, hectic, packing a whole house by myself, trying to stay okay (after a continuous rough period the last couple of months) and he knows it's been hectic for me, literally exhausted, no time to eat or even sit down. When he's home he calls and we're together on the phone but when he's with friends, like...?
He didn't even check in today to ask how everything's going. Nothing. And he knows it's been a hard couple of days am I crazy to expect that? Im alone in this country.
Yesterday he went to his friend's parents birthday and I was hoping he'd be available but I understood that there's not much he can do anyway over the phone and wouldn't make sense to keep him there. He's with friends again, literally, not a text asking about anything. He's caring and lovely but... i don't know
