Is there a big difference between the LVOA-C and the Lightweight M4?

I've always used the LVOA-C so far, and it's always worked well for me, and I like the gun. Now I've also found a Lightweight M4 with good rolls and just wanted to know If there are buf differences between the 2 guns (console Player).
