3 months in no leads Long Island realtor

How often to wait to find first leads? I just started a few months ago I know it takes time. I’m doing 2-3 open houses a week have some buyers but they are passive. I just started this week making it a goal to meet 3-4 people a day and hand my card out it’s been tough but I’m doing it 😂🥲
