Can my employer terminate me because my parents filed a police complaint against the company?

24F, India. I work remotely for a genuine startup. My family is extremely controlling and believes my company is a fraud/trap and that I'm being brainwashed. They've apparently approached the police and made a complaint/FIR, and the company may be contacted during an enquiry.

I'm worried my employer will terminate me just to avoid the hassle, especially because it's a small startup. This is my first proper job and my only income source, so losing it would seriously affect my ability to become independent.

If an employee's family makes allegations against their employer and police contact the company, would a small startup typically terminate the employee, or would they normally cooperate with the enquiry and continue the employment?

Has anyone experienced something similar in India?
