RP6 16GB order still "Confirmed" after 7 days - is this normal? (4PX to Portugal)

Hi everyone!

I ordered a Retroid Pocket 6 16GB from the official Retroid website on August 23rd, and today is August 30th.

My order status is still:

I chose 4PX shipping, and I'm located in Portugal.

I know it's only been 7 days, but since this is my first order from Retroid, I was wondering if this waiting time is normal before the order actually ships.

Has anyone ordered an RP6 recently and experienced something similar?

Also, if anyone here is from Portugal (or nearby in Europe) and used 4PX, I'd really appreciate hearing how long it took for:

• the order to change from "Confirmed" to shipped
• the actual delivery time after shipping
