Summer tyre recommendations for a hot climate

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for recommendations for a good set of summer tyres.

I’m based in Dubai/UAE, so the tyres will be dealing with very high temperatures for a large part of the year. I’m looking for something that offers a good balance of grip, ride comfort, road noise, and tread life, while being well suited to a hot climate.

My tyre sizes are:
Front: 225/40 R19
Rear: 255/35 R19

I’m also looking to ditch the run-flats and switch to regular tyres for some additional ride comfort, so I’d love to hear from anyone who has made the same change.

I’ve been looking at the Michelin Pilot Sport 5, but I’m open to other options in the same category.
For anyone running a similar setup, especially in a hot climate, what tyres would you recommend? How have they held up in the heat?
