SL+ expectations without Range#?

How much damage multiplier would I expect with lv40 Damage/m lab (x1.80), enhancement at lv100, (x2), maxed scout, range at 30m (for farming) and 70m-ish (for pushing)?

Are there any more info needed to provide a rough estimate?
