Best way to get a deal on a large cordless-tool package?

I’m a fairly heavy DIY/home user doing woodworking, shelving/built-ins, and automotive work. I’m starting from scratch (house fire :/) and hoping for Milwaukee M18/M12. Won’t be closed minded if DeWalt 20V or Ryobi ONE+ is a screaming deal. Still just a home user, would appreciate guidance.

Rough list: drill, impact driver, circular saw, jigsaw, reciprocating saw, oscillating multi-tool, brad nailer/stapler, 3/8-in cordless ratchet, 1/2-in impact wrench.

What’s the best way to get a good deal on a package this large? Retailer, package, bare tools? Prefer new, but don’t mind getting marketplace add ons.
