Is there an obligation (used loosely not legally) for corporations who are getting tarriff refunds to lower there prices?

Meta

Basically it was never possible for each induvisual consumer to get a tarriff refund check when the SC deemed the tarriffs illegal. Instead we are starting to see reporting of corperations getting massive tarriff refunds boosting bottom lines. From the forbes article

> "The New York Federal Reserve reported in February that approximately 90% of the tariffs’ “economic burden” has been felt by U.S. firms and consumers, including tariffs getting passed on to consumers in the form of increased prices."

Should these same corporations lower prices in a similar way. If not how is this not just one big giant giveaway to to them. Basically one big giant tax on the american consumer paid directly to some of the wealthiest private entities to ever exist.
