How can I import modded items into Mine-imator?

I want to make an animation with some FNAF characters but I want them to fit in with Minecraft. So I have two questions, how can I use models of the characters (from a mod like FNAF: Management Wanted) and how to import them in to Mine-Imator/if importing external models is possible?
