Accidentally stumbled upon illegal content on X

so I was on x just kinda scrolling onlyfans models stuff like that when it pushed 4 videos back to back of CP, I reported the stuff and I’m scared of getting in trouble for it because I’m fairly young and I have a decent life ahead of me, it was all under a certain tag is there a way to get those taken down?
