here we go again

New guest arrived. Said it was one guest and later clarified that it's 3. Showed up with 5. Can't get the lock unlocked because guest can't read the simple lock instructions (yes, you do need to actually turn the handle, the door doesn't magically fly open by you looking at it).

OK actual question - if the extra guests don't disappear (maybe it's just a friend visiting?) what do I do? The place only sleeps 4.
