Loud food noise on BPI

Has anyone else experienced loud food noise on BPI? I feel like I still get full faster when I eat but I’m thinking about food non stop and craving all the things. This sucks.

For reference, I started with casa pharmacy compounded with b12 but my doctor said I can no longer supplement b12. The food noise was non existent with my first vial and started to return towards the end of my second.

I’ve since increased my dose and even did another 1mg dose increase with BPI. Now taking 5mg every 5 days.

Should I add in cag? I don’t want to keep increasing my dose but this food noise is brutal.
