Can't get valves to work, need help
I had a valve go bad and decided to replace all 7 of my valves. Three of the valves are on one set of sprinkler wires and they work fine from the box. The other 4 (4-6) are on another set of wires. Valves 4 and 5 work fine but 6 and 7 don't work from the box. They both work manually if I loosen the solenoid or the flushing screw but not from the box. I moved the solenoids from the working valves to the non-working valves and the non-working valves still do not work but the working valves work fine with the solenoids from the non-working units. I've redone the wiring several times and stripped everything down to bright copper. I've redone the neutral connections several times as well. I have switched the non-working valves to wires from the working valves and they still don't work. I've changed the non-working valves to different stations at the box and they still don't work. Are these just 2 bad valves? Any ideas? I don't know what else to try. The are Rainbird Pro valves with flow control from Home Depot.
