Hi,

I'm a mail processing clerk at a plant and I'm a regular. I called out today because I had to go to an emergency room in a hospital to get myself checked out something by a doctor. I ended up bringing home a doctor's note with me at the end. How will the doctor's note come into play if I tell my MDO tomorrow that I have it with me?
