Coworker throwing up

Coworker said to manager that she coudlnt keep anything down and was going to the bathroom after drinking and left after like two hours ish. I tried to not breathe around her or the bathroom, but came head on with her once or twice and may have been in the bathroom to wash my hands after her. I’m so scared that I’ll get whatever she had, especially because I sometimes scratch my nose and touch my face without thinking.

What could make you throw up and not keep anything down but you’d be okay trying to go to work? Like besides when she was in the bathroom she just seemed tired. I’m worried it’s noro or something like that but noro seems more constant I guess. And I’m pissed at my manager for not sending her home immediately
