My CE exam was so odd I do not know what to think

First of all I expected a Physiatrist, not a Phycologists. Their job is to examine you, not treat you. I found it more therapeutic than any therapist I been to. She seemed to help me. For example right away she said "I normally tell people what to expect starting beginning to end, I going to do that backwards and you will see why in a minute, We will end with a cognitive test, do not worry about it, I will ask you a lot of questions, This is the important part the cognitive test and the first part have little weight compared to how I interpret your answers. The reason I wanted to tell you about the first poart id because it started when you walked in. We start observing you then, Why did you arrive nearly two hours early and did you want to leave and come back with the questionnaire"........I informed her I anticipated an intake type questionnaire. I do not like my handwriting. Plan A was to take it across the street to kinkos and scan it in, email myself the PDF , use my laptop to type it, print and sign it and return with it. Plan B was to just use the time to carefully handwrite my answers, I guess maybe you know the receptionist said I could not leave with it."
After that she asked me a couple questions about some speech issues. She asked when I was lest happy and I said 44 years ago, I had my long form college transcripts because I was applying for universities, Those college transcripts show 7 failed attempts at Junior college, The day I got an acceptance letter to college I set it right next to the transcripts and that was the happiest I have ever been. She paused a long time, I was crying and she paused a while then said, were the failed attemptts before you were diagnosed, Yes, did you have accommodations for the final successful try, I said yes . we talked more about college and she said "you have inadvertently all my questions, how do you feel? It was therapy, not an exam, I wish I could make a weekly appointment with her.I dunno, maybe she pulled some jedi mind trick and it was not what it felt like.
