Unable to Restore Purchase After System Reset

Hey guys, I purchased the Poweramp Full Version/Lifetime licence through Google Play on my car Android Player. The issue is that my car head unit is relatively old, and after the system reset I am no longer able to properly access/sign into Google Play Services/Google Play on the device. I can see the “Website – Restore Purchase” option, but it asks for a Purchase ID and email address and should be purchased through the website. is there any way Poeweramp team can manually verify my purchase and help me restore/activate licence on this device?
