Torah and Shaving Head Bald, Is there a Middle Ground?

Questions 🤓

So I'm a 26 year old Jew. I come from a secular family, parents from former Soviet Union, so I'm pretty much the first in my family outside of Israel to be reconnect to my religious roots. I've been attending Shabbos service at my local Chabad on weekends and love the community there.

The problem is I've been getting more religious, and doing my best to fulfill more and more mitzvahs. But currently I'm going bald pretty badly, and in general do not want to take medication to prevent it. I actually look very good bald (one of the lucky ones I guess), and I've shaved my head before during my college graduation as I knew what was going to happen and wanted to try it out.

It seems like trial period is over and now I need to decide whether to go bald again or take medication. I was leaning bald till I reached Leviticus 19:27, "you shall not round the corners of your head", and that put me into a rabbit hole of research into baldness and Judaism, most of which was wasted time. Overall though, I'm really really not a big fan of how I look with a buzzcut, and think I look significantly better bald. I'm also concerned about my ability to attract Pretty Jewish Girls with an ugly buzz vs a clean dome.

Is there any middle ground as to what can be done? Will God punish me if I go bald (being serious) if the end result is a Jewish wife and kids? And has anyone else been in this predicament and what have they done?

P.S. I eat Cheeseburgers for right now but that doesn't concern me as much as it's Rabbinic ruling vs. this is something straight out of the Written Torah. I don't know if it's the proper interpretation but I find Written Torah a lot more, ok this I should definitely do.
