Query regarding MITACS 2027

Hey guys O/

I'm a third sem student studying in Bangalore. The website says the eligibility to apply is either having completed second year of engineering or must be enrolled in second year, so I can apply right?

And

I've seen my seniors do it before but this time the college name isn't there in the list for some reason. It's recognised by AICTE and is affiliated with VTU.

I mailed them but is there a reason why?
