What’s the deal with the music at the elevator bay at Midway?

I’ve lived in Chicago for just over 5 years, and literally every single time I’ve flown back into Midway, the one elevator bay right before you exit to the Orange Line/parking lot is playing this song . I’ve probably flown out of there 5-6+ times at this point, and without fail, that song is playing by the elevators. He is not from Chicago, and no amount of Googling or ChatGPT has been able to answer this question. Anyone have some juicy MDW lore?
