[WINDOWS] [90s] Position words game featuring a mouse searching for cheese

Platform: Windows computer

Genre: Children’s educational game (of some sort)

Estimated year of release: Sometime in the 90s

Graphics/Art style: ???

Notable characters: A little mouse

Gameplay mechanics: A point-and-click computer game that taught kids position words. A mouse was exploring different rooms in the house, searching for a piece of cheese that was hidden somewhere in one of the rooms. When you entered a room (i.e., the bedroom) there would be dots in certain locations (i.e., under the bed), and a computerized female voice would issue directions (such as “Put the mouse under the bed.”) Eventually, if all the locations in the room had been exhausted, and you had not found the cheese, the voice would instruct you “Put the mouse in the doorway”, and then a ridiculously loud door-squeaking-sound-effect would play.

That voice saying “Put the mouse next to the cheese” has lived rent-free in my head for YEARS, but I have never been able to find the game or figure out what it was! Calling all other fellow 90s baby gamers….does anyone remember this game, or am I going crazy???
