Butt boil or abcess - extreme pain and help needed!

Help! I started to feel sharp pain in my tailbone Saturday. It’s Sunday night now, it’s a red circle and the middle is raised on my left butt cheek close to my tailbone. It hurts to touch or sit. It’s throbbing.

I also have anal fissures and a pelvic floor dysfunction so maybe amplifies the pain.

My husband is out of town (back tomorrow) so he can watch our kids and I can go somewhere - do I see a family doctor? ER? I am in Canada.

I’ve tried warm compresses (when I can hard with little kids) and warm baths.

I haven’t slept since Friday it hurts terribly.
