Questions about getting into Comp FH

Hi, I've been looking at trying my hand at comp FH and was just wondering how I could get better at stuff like Ganks, rotations, team fighting and just DOM in general. I try to use characters like Khatun who, to my knowledge, is decent, and VG, who is supposedly good at team fights, stalling, ect. Any help would be appreciated.
