Need to download a song as an MP3 file but don’t know how/scared

Hello I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit but I found other posts of similar topic here so I’m posting here as well.

I want to get into animation and stuff and I want to download music for my animations. I have a song I want to use in particular, The Woods by San Fermin. But I’ve been looking around and it feels like downloading a song is actually impossible, it’s so frustrating. I have the song purchased and downloaded on Apple Music but that doesn’t allow me to download it as a file to my computer. So I’ve been looking into ways of acquiring the file but I’m very skittish and nervous when it comes to downloading unfamiliar programs or things off unfamiliar sites. Do any of you know of a trusted method to help me get the file?
