What is with people saying that they: 'will introduce,' characters?

I don't mean to call out anyone specific, because I've seen this kind of post like 10 times on this subreddit. Every once in awhile, someone will claim that they plan to introduce characters, but then I don't actually think they ever follow up on that.

I don't mean to be cruel, but posts where you actually bother to talk about another series or character that isn't talked about a lot. Here are always just naturally going to be more fascinating than just making a post declaring that you Will get around to it at some point.

Since this is a subreddit, Characters and franchises will always get buried if they're not talked about enough, so it's best to just go ahead and introduce the characters you want to talk about and explain why they're so great. :)
