xp pen artist 12 no signal power saving

So, I bought the xp pen artist 12 digi board last december as a gift for myself and I really needed a new one to replace my old one.
I started having issues with it maybe april this year? the screen on the board will say no signal power saving and I genuinely have tried every slot on my pc, I can't figure whether its my pc or is it the board? I haven't got another device to possibly try it on at the moment so im stuck. I can still draw on the board but can't get the screen to actually connect properly so its frustrating when im drawing.

If anyone has ideas please let me know, I can't really afford to go get another digital board for a while :(
