Seller deleted account after I bought an item

Bought an item from a seller, who seemed to have positive reviews and legit and whatnot... However, it says that the thing I bought hasn't been shipped out yet, and the seller appears to have deleted their account... What should I do? I bought the item maybe 2-3 days ago... Should I wait and hope it comes in soon? Or immediately file something through Depop? Will I get a refund or am I screwed?
