[A4M] New social order, white looking for Black men into BNWO

I'm super interested in BNWO, and Black dominant race play in general. I like when it goes beyond simply being interracial sex that acknowledges the racial differences and actually draw on those differences and turns the common power dynamics in society on their head. I'd like to explore some versions of this dynamic through various settings and scenes (most of them a bit silly and over the top).

When I was in college I thought an interesting premise was my university making an effort to rebalance admissions. White students like myself being demoted from students to employees of the institution, and Black students admitted in our place. We would have an exit interview with a student being newly admitted to our former field of study where they got to talk to us about what it was like, and discuss their goals. Goals that we were being cleared out of the way for. They'd see us around in dining halls, serving their food while they went about learning in classes we used to be in.

Another idea was a similar demotion in the workplace. Training our replacements before we're demoted to do grunt work, with a heavy dose of teasing and a feeling of justice from those being trained.

These are just a couple of versions of this flipped dynamic that I could think of, I'm open to all sorts of details for the specifics I just want to explore these sort of scenarios and themes of the dominant social racial order being flipped around. I'm always curious how someone got into this from the opposite side, if they lean more toward a version of it that emphasizes payback or one that focuses on superiority, so I'd definitely like to see where you land and let that inform our chat. Either way white humiliation is a priority.

I'm also pretty sexually open, talking about gay, straight, bi stuff, whatever works for you I'm down. If you want to talk to me like a woman, a guy, I'm open to whichever.
