Question as Indian med soon to be graduate

Hello. I hope you guys speak English. I am an indian medical student and will be graduating soon from the Philippines. I was thinking about getting into the saudi medical pathway by giving SMLE and registering with SCFHS. I heard that after passing your SMLE still it can be very difficult to find a sponsor as a non saudi IMG (international medical graduate). Finding an employer who can sponsor your work visa and the pay. Is this thing true?

Also what are the eligibility requirements in order to give SMLE? I heard that you need a 1 year internship certificate and a home country medical license. is this true?

also regarding the home country medical license do they need the medical license of the country of nationality and citizenship or does the medical license of country of med school and training also works? (in my case Philippines
