Boot recommendations

Going to be out and about in the woods around November and I too find a good pair of boots. Preferably something that can retain warmth, a little water resistance, and good ankle support. Don’t really feel like spending more than like 120 on them. Don’t really know if that helps or not or what the options are but I appreciate the feedback. Thank you in advance
