Stuck solo queuing in bronze hell

I have been trying to get out of bronze multiple times through out the seasons but always give up, now i remember why, I have to solo queue as my friends are in silver/plat and I feel like im IN HELL. I always fill for tank or supp and its so frustrating because no one else will switch, the amount of times ive seen people say they only know how to play dps or just refuse to switch is insane 😭, absolutely no teamwork or gamesense. I dont know if its a just a skill issue but is it easier in a team/diff role or is there anything i can do to claw my way out
