iOS App - run in background?

Hi! Just setup on my server, and on iOS app:
Tracking Mode: Precise
Visits Tracking: While Tracking
Continues Tracking: On
Advance Tracking:
- Start Tracking Automatically: On
- Show Location Indicator: On
- Accuracy: Balanced (Greyed Out)
- Distance Filter: 10m
- Time Filter: 1 sec
- Track Breaking: 30 min

I am trying to understand if these are the best settings for 24x7 tracking? But also not compromising battery any more than Google Maps Timeline will consume. Also, is there no way to make app run automatically in background?
